Key Responsibilities * Deliver cost management services throughout all project stages * Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets * Lead on procurement strategies and tender documentation * Administer contracts (NEC, JCT) and manage commercial risk * Undertake valuations, cost reporting, and change control * Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and design teams * Support or lead preparation of final accounts and project close-outs * Contribute to business development and client relationship management Requirements Essential: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline * Chartered (MRICS) or progressing towards chartership * Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role * Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, cost planning tools) * Full UK driving licence Desirable: * Experience working across a variety of sectors * Confidence managing client relationships independently * Mentoring experience or interest in supporting junior team members What’s on Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Excellent professional development and APC support * Flexible working options * Opportunities to work on high-value, complex, and meaningful projects * Inclusive and collaborative working culture
