📍 Manchester / Edinburgh (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Our client, a top global organization, is looking Senior Project Managers for a major, multi-year transformation programme transitioning outsourced administration and servicing operations back in-house. This includes the transfer of people and operational capability, migration of policies onto strategic target platforms, and transition of supporting technologies such as workflow, CRM, telephony, and core platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex, high-impact transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment
* Apply best-practice project management to deliver outcomes to time, cost, and quality
* Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary delivery teams
* Define and secure appropriate project resources for successful delivery
* Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, understanding wider business impacts
* Build and manage effective relationships with third-party suppliers and partners
* Implement and maintain robust governance in line with enterprise change frameworks
* Maintain strong cost control, tracking financial performance and benefits realisation
* Coach and mentor other Project Managers, contributing to capability uplift across the team
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery ways of working
Essential Experience & Skills
* Extensive experience delivering complex change programmes within financial services
* Proven ability to lead projects involving operational transitions, platform migrations, or integration programmes
* Strong governance, planning, and delivery management capability
* Confident communicator able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to resolve issues, unblock teams, and manage ambiguity
* Strong commercial awareness, including cost and benefit management
* Demonstrated experience leading and motivating project teams
* Experience of large-scale outsourcing exits, insourcing, or operational transformation
* Exposure to policy migrations, servicing platforms, CRM, workflow, or telephony solutions
* Background in regulated or customer-centric environments
