Lead Global IT Service Excellence at SThree
We are seeking an experienced Global Service Delivery Manager to lead and evolve our Global Service Desk function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a team delivering exceptional service across multiple regions, ensuring performance meets agreed SLAs and aligns with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & Develop a global team of Service Delivery Engineers, driving performance and succession planning.
* Own Service Delivery: Act as the senior escalation point for IT issues and ensure first-time resolution.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.
* Collaborate Globally: Work with regional managers and internal teams to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
* Monitor & Report: Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights.
* Support Projects: Oversee office setups, relocations, and technology deployments.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing global IT support teams in a corporate environment.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Degree in Technology or related discipline (preferred).
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility to work 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM UK time to support global operations across multiple time zones.
