Location: London (Hybrid) Can be UK with 1 day a month in the London offices
In this role, you’ll have the chance to truly own your work, take on real responsibility and autonomy, and continually upskill as you lead and deliver high-impact SEO strategies. We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience, but most importantly, a genuine passion for SEO, leadership, and performance-driven strategy.
You’ll work closely with our SEO team to deliver end-to-end SEO processes for clients, initially focusing on brands in the fashion and retail industries, with the potential to expand into other sectors and projects over time.
You’ll oversee SEO projects from strategy to execution, managing SEO specialists and content writers, analysing data, and collaborating directly with clients. Oversee SEO projects for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Develop, execute, and analyse SEO strategies in collaboration with the SEO Lead.
Identify on-page content opportunities, optimize client websites for improved visibility, and boost search engine rankings.
Lead the creation of highly effective content, collaborating with SEO Specialists and Copywriters.
Monitor and analyse client site performance using a range of SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & SE-Ranking.
Create clear, data-driven reports in Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and recommendations.
Deliver reports to clients with concrete and actionable insights.
Strive for continuous improvement in developing new formats for reporting on performance.
Organise and lead regular calls with clients, discussing performance, strategies, and any necessary adjustments.
Provide regular updates on deliverables, tactics, and performance metrics
Uncover opportunities to improve performance for your clients and sell in new services where possible
Attend regular SEO team meetings to share knowledge, brainstorm new ideas, and stay informed about industry updates.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to ensure best practices
Leverage a wide array of available SEO tools (e.g., to optimise performance and manage client projects efficiently.

Fluency in French (native / C2 level)
3+ years of SEO experience with a strong passion for the field.
