What are you accountable for achieving as Warehouse Administrator: Ensure the operation meets all requirements by completing each function to the highest standard Be flexible in your approach to working hours/days – comply with the site annualised hours scheme and be committed to working 6 th shifts when needed Facilitate effective communication at all levels Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Ensure adherence to Safe Systems of Work Undertake all training offered to become multi-skilled which will lead to a better understanding of the operation as a whole Ensure that a high level of housekeeping & hygiene is maintained at all times Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced Maintain customer service levels within own areas of responsibility Assist in maintaining all areas of the shifts administration Essential skills needed for a Warehouse Administrator: Excellent organisational skills Good analytical and numerical skills Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements Computer literate with good working knowledge of Excel Desirable Skills: Previous warehouse administration experience
