Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that drive loyalty and success.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring smooth communication.
Negotiate product prices and close agreements that maximise profits while keeping clients satisfied.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, shop floor) to enhance the overall customer experience.
Prepare insightful reports on account status when required, helping to inform strategic decisions.
Identify and seize opportunities to grow business with existing clients, contributing to our client's success.
