We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a growing Permanent Social Care recruitment team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter to build their own desk, develop client relationships and make an impact in a high-demand sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within the permanent social care sector.
* Source, screen, and place qualified Social Care professionals with care providers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client base.
* Maintain accurate records of candidates and placements in the CRM.
* Achieve individual and team targets and contribute to divisional goals.
Requirements
* Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded, target-driven, and self-motivated.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Based in or commutable to Manchester.
