Deputy Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Bases at the Amesbury Branch with some travelling in Wiltshire and Hampshire
Employee: full time 40 hrs
The Deputy Manager will be supporting the Management team in delivering exceptional care within the community to our clients, this role will will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations, you will be supporting the care staff and ensuring we are delivering high quality care across our teams and promoting person centred care.
Key Responsibilities
. Support the Care Manager in the ay-to-day operations
. support and supervise to ensure we are delivering good high quality care to our clients
. To complete care plans tailored to person centred care and reviewing
. Contribute to continuous improvements
. provide guidance, training, supervisions, spot checks.
. Previous experience as a Deputy Manager role/supervisor
. NVQ 3 and above
. Strong leadership and organisational skills required
. Knowledge of CQC and frame works
. Participate on the on-call rota
