Account Executive – HR Tech

They are now hiring an Account Executive to expand new business within mid-market organisations. This is a strong opportunity to join a respected employer with a forward-thinking outlook and a well-established platform for commercial success.
This is a hybrid role for candidates commutable to Nottingham 1x per week.
Responsibilities
* Build and progress a strong pipeline of mid-market opportunities, ensuring consistent targets
* Lead prospects through a full consultative sales cycle
* Develop in-depth knowledge of product and market landscape, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging challenges
* Produce high-quality proposals and sales documentation
* Keep CRM records up-to-date to support accurate forecasting and visibility of pipeline performance
* Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
The Successful Candidate
* 3+ years SaaS sales experience
* New business closing experience is essential
* Experience selling HR Tech is preferable
* Knowledge of MEDDIC is advantageous
* Commutable to Nottingham 1x day per week
