Office Administrator - Helpdesk Our client is a tight-knit, family-run company where no two days are the same. They're on the hunt for a Helpdesk Assistant who's got the people skills, the patience, and the passion to keep their clients smiling and our systems running smoothly. Salary: Up to £27k Location: Sidcup Hours: 8am-5pm Key Responsibilities: As a Helpdesk Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by: Answering Phones: Be the friendly voice that greets clients and assists with their inquiries. Logging Faults: Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution. Assigning Engineers: Coordinate with technicians to allocate the right resources for each job. Daily Work Schedules: Send out organised schedules to ensure engineers are well-prepared for their tasks. Client Communication: Provide clients with timely updates, including ETAs for job attendance. Job Pricing and Quotations: Prepare pricing for job sheets and create quotations based on engineers' recommendations. Purchase Orders: Communicate with clients to obtain necessary purchase orders promptly.Scheduling & Reporting: Monthly Applications: Prepare and submit applications for payments for each client. Client Portals: Upload essential documents and schedules to client portals, ensuring everything is up-to-date.Administrative Duties: Training Coordination: Assist in arranging and updating all staff training records. Stationery Orders & Meeting Prep: Manage office supplies and prepare refreshments for internal meetings. Email Monitoring: Keep an eye on sales and information email accounts, directing queries to the right team members.What We're Looking For: Enthusiastic Attitude: A positive, can-do approach to tackling challenges.
