Requirements
* Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure (AWS desirable)
* Kubernetes administration and security, and containerised workloads
* CI/CD tooling (Terraform, Git, Jenkins, Harness, Backstage)
* Automation and scripting using Python
* Operating and supporting production cloud services
* (Desirable) Experience across multiple cloud providers
* (Desirable) Prior experience in a regulated or large enterprise environment
* (Desirable) Experience influencing or contributing to security policy
* (Desirable) Understanding of cloud security standards (e.g. CIS, NIST, PCI-DSS)

* Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Cloud Enterprise & Compute Security Lab
* This role focuses on designing, building, and operating cloud security frameworks and tooling that protect workloads across public and private cloud platforms
* You will lead an engineering team in the delivery of automated, codified security controls and help shape the organisation’s cloud security posture
* Implement, and deploy software-defined infrastructure and cloud security tooling
* Contribute to designs for infrastructure and cloud security tooling
* Take ownership of complex problems and deliveries
* Build automated security controls using CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Policy as Code
* Work in small engineering teams to deliver security focused products
* Be part of a team owning production services across public cloud platforms, ensuring availability, reliability and security
* Contribute to the development and implementation of cloud security policies and standards
* Identify gaps in existing practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Share knowledge across the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
