Depot Team Leader - Nuneaton
Sunday - Thursday: 10pm-6:30am
Permanent contract
£31,250 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a Depot Team Leader position for a well established distribution client in Nuneaton. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse/depot team leader to join the business and it goes through a period of growth.
What you'll be doing -
* Manage the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are met
* Prepare and complete orders for delivery or collection
* Allocate work effectively across the team
* Manage, review and archiving of pick lists
* Ensuring a safe and clean working environment at all times
* Performing inventory controls
What we're looking for -
* Previous experience in a depot/warehouse team leader position
* Understanding of modern warehousing & logistics practises and methods
* Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* People management skills, sickness, leave etc
* Ability to support in the warehouse and heavy lifting
