Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase invoices
* Processing supplier delivery notes
* Raising purchases orders
* Bank reconciliations
* Petty Cash reconciliations
* Communicating efficiently with the team and suppliers
* Stock reconciliations and analysis
* Investigating and resolving stock anomalies
* Ad-hoc accounts administrative duties
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience within a varied finance administration role
* Experience and understanding of stock analysis/ reconciliations
* Strong communication skills, ability to interact with a number of teams within the company
* IT literate including Excel
