Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our team dealing with personal injury cases at our offices in Dorking. Experience in the field of personal injury is preferred but is not necessary.
As a paralegal you will be working on a variety of fast track personal injury cases. We deal with road traffic accident claims, employers liability claims, occupiers liability claims, public liability claims, motor insurance bureau claims and uninsured claims, criminal injury compensation authority claims, package holiday claims, clinical negligence claims and high value claims. This position would enable you to be exposed to many different areas of personal injury law. You will be working as part of a team and you will be pivotal to the departments continued success and growth.
As a paralegal some of the duties will include:
· Gathering information from the clients
· Communicating with third parties and insurers
· Submitting claims
· Obtaining medical records
· Drafting documents to all parties
· Dealing with the case when liability has been admitted
· Working through a case management system and other portals
· Working within a team
