The Vacancy
Have you got experience and talent for writing compelling funding applications? Dougie Mac is looking for a Senior Trust Fundraiser to lead our trust and grant fundraising, helping secure vital income to support our hospice's mission.
This is a unique opportunity to lead on trust fundraising at Dougie Mac, working independently to identify funding opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and build strong relationships with grant-making bodies. You'll collaborate with internal teams to align funding with service delivery and contribute to strategic planning, including capital investment.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and apply to suitable trusts and foundations with persuasive, tailored proposals
* Build and maintain funder relationships, ensuring excellent stewardship and compliance
* Monitor income, track outcomes, and report against targets
* Collaborate internally to align funding with organisational priorities, including capital planning

* Experience in trust fundraising or grant writing

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 FTE per annum (Actual: £21,600 - £23,200 per annum)
Hours: 30 hours a week (4 days a week)
