Are you a commercial property solicitor with a passion for land acquisition and residential development? A leading UK practice is looking for a Solicitor to join their high‑performing development team. You Will Be Involved In
* Strategic land acquisitions and disposals
* Development agreements, collaboration structures, and funding arrangements
* Urban regeneration projects
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Strong post‑qualification experience in commercial property or development law
* Experience with residential development clients is a bonus, but not essential
* A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the drive to take ownership of complex matters
