The Role Email Marketing & Digital Growth Lead
This is a hands-on, commercially focused position where, as Marketing Manager you will:
* Lead and execute the email marketing strategy (campaigns, automations, flows, segmentation and optimisation)
* Drive revenue growth through data-led performance marketing
* Manage and optimise CRM and email platforms (ideally Klaviyo, but similar systems considered)
* Oversee website content and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with external agencies across paid social, advertising and content creation
* Support partner businesses with social media and digital activity
* Create engaging marketing collateral to support business development
Youll work closely with the founder and leadership team, with genuine ownership and influence over the marketing direction.
