Your role will be to contact a database of both warm and cold customers, secure new business and fulfil their requirements. You will be provided with excellent on-the-job training, and will work closely with friendly and supportive team members who will provide you with the product knowledge you'll require to deliver an excellent client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Generating new business by calling (telephoning) companies held in an internal sales database (CRM) and identify opportunities to sell the company's product/s to the customer. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to build relationships, identify new opportunities and win further business. Building your own client list to manage and grow over time, providing repeat business and providing you with ongoing commission opportunities Following up leads generated through the company's various marketing campaigns Taking incoming calls from existing or potential customers who are looking for assistance Identifying any cross-selling opportunities and pass these leads to other businesses within the group Hitting (or exceeding) your new business targets, daily call targets & KPI's set by management (which will of course be well-rewarded) Updating and maintain accurate records of customer data using Salesforce CRM database Complying with regulatory requirements A starting salary of £25,000 per annum will be paid, and in addition to this, you will earn commission on the sales you make. Your first year total earnings can typically exceed £30,000. Having your own transport / driving will be preferred due to the location of the company, but people living in or locally to Tamworth should have no issues getting into work.
