Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Process Specialist with the Commercial Enablement department. This role can be based in either UK or Europe.
The duties and responsibilities for this role include:
1. Assisting with the commercial process optimization and documentation for implementing technology across various processes, sites, or teams.
2. Collaborating with a Strategic Process Specialist or Process Lead on the product roadmap and supporting the overall strategic vision.
3. Having a basic understanding of global processes, documenting dependencies, impacts, and risks with other team functions, and developing strategic partnerships across teams.
4. Working closely within the team to ensure business value and user feedback are translated into correct business processes and technology deliverables.
5. Assisting in documenting specific business KPIs based on the process area of focus.
Job Qualifications
Minimum requirements for this role include:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in business analytics, preferably within Charles River or equivalent CRO experience.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business, with knowledge of CRO industry principles.
* Knowledge of and interest in emerging digital technologies such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, SAP, RPM, M-files, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Apollo, etc.
Salary depends on skills and experience.
