Applicants are invited to apply for a one‑year fixed‑term role (with likely extension) as Cardiac Lead for the South West Maternal Medicine Network (SWMMN). The role is suited for an individual with a CCT in obstetrics and a strong interest in the care of cardiology patients.

The role attracts 0.5 PAs and commences in March 2026 for an initial 12‑month period.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate leadership in maternal‑medicine cardiology, including education and care planning.
* Coordinate and liaise with SWMMN obstetric, medical, anaesthetic, midwifery, cardiology, and governance leads about cardiology patient care.
* Attend Cardiology MDT meetings to discuss and develop cardiology patient care plans as required.
