Paid Media Account Director
Location: Central London (1 day per week)

We’re looking for a commercially minded Paid Media Account Director to lead strategy, client relationships, and campaign performance across a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce brands.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on channel expertise across both PPC and Paid Social.
The Role
As Paid Media Account Director, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts, leading performance strategy across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
You’ll work closely with internal specialists, senior stakeholders, and clients to deliver best-in-class campaigns focused on growth, efficiency, and measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead paid media strategy across ecommerce accounts
* Manage and grow senior client relationships
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns across PPC & Paid Social
* Drive performance against ROAS, CPA, revenue and growth targets
* Present campaign insights, strategy updates and performance reports to clients
* Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Collaborate with creative, analytics and wider digital teams
* Stay ahead of ecommerce and paid media trends
Requirements
* Strong agency-side paid media experience
* Previous experience in an Account Director or senior client-facing role
* Deep understanding of:
* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* Paid Social strategy
* Ecommerce performance marketing
* Experience managing sizeable budgets across multiple accounts
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable leading client meetings and performance discussions
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
* Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or programmatic channels
* Exposure to feed management platforms or ecommerce CMS platforms
* Knowledge of attribution and analytics tools such as GA4 or Looker Studio
