We are working in exclusive partnership with a well-established children's residential care provider to recruit an Operations Manager for their growing service in Merseyside.
The Opportunity As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational oversight across a group of children's residential homes, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and performance.
You will play a pivotal role in driving quality, supporting Registered Managers, and contributing to the organisation's continued development and expansion.
