About the Role:
As a Service Desk Engineer, you’ll play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across Windows environments. Working both remotely and on-site, you’ll ensure clients receive outstanding IT support while maintaining minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide First and Second line technical support for clients.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
3. Offer excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
4. Support Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
5. Assist with device installations, configurations, and maintenance.
