Join Barclays as a Project Manager within the Customer Due Diligence Modernisation team, where you will play a key role in driving change and delivering complex change and transformation initiatives. You will lead the execution of large-scale projects, and support additional initiatives, gaining exposure to a broader portfolio.
To Be Successful In This Role
* Transformational Change Delivery Expertise – proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale change initiatives on time and within budget, particularly within technology-enabled environments
* Familiarity with Agile Methodologies – practical experience working within Agile project delivery structures
* Strong Stakeholder & Communication Skills – ability to influence senior stakeholders, clearly articulate status, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively
Other Highly Valued Skills
* Customer Due Diligence / Financial Crime Domain Knowledge – understanding of CDD, onboarding, or financial crime prevention processes
* Experience with AI, Automation, or Data-Driven Solutions – exposure to modern technical delivery approaches such as AI, DevOps, and automation
* Project & Risk Management Capability – demonstrated experience managing scope, risks, issues, and resources for high-value projects, ensuring governance and control standards are met
The successful candidate will be based in Glasgow or Northampton.
