Are you energetic, outdoorsy, and passionate about creating fun, memorable guest experiences? At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences, and we’re looking for a Go Active Instructor to join our Leisure team at Finlake Holiday Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a variety of outdoor and indoor activities that engage guests of all ages—from archery and paintball to woodland adventures and water-based fun.

What You’ll Do
As a Go Active Activity Instructor, you will:
* Lead fun, safe, and structured activities like archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures
* Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe
* Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment while following all health and safety procedures
* Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable
* Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:
* Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with people of all ages
* An understanding of health and safety practices
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories
* A valid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
