An established and centrally located design practice are looking for two talented Architectural Technicians to join us on a permanent, fully office-based basis. 🔹 Senior Architectural Technician / Project Lead
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician who can confidently lead and manage technical delivery across projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, precision, and driving teams forward.
Key requirements:
* Proven ability to run and manage internal project teams
* Strong technical delivery experience (RIBA Stages 4–5 essential)
* Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Solid background in Office CAT A/B projects
* Detail-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on compliance over design
🔹 Intermediate Architectural Technician
We’re also looking for an Intermediate Technician with a strong technical foundation and a clear understanding of commercial office delivery.
Key requirements:
* Experience in Office CAT A/B projects
* Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 4–5 delivery
* Excellent Revit and BIM capabilities
* Good awareness of coordination and delivery requirements on commercial office schemes
💼 What we’re looking for overall:
* Commercial office experience preferred over residential
* Strong team players who value in-person collaboration
* Commitment to high-quality technical output
📍 Working arrangement:
These are primarily permanent, fully office-based roles. The preference is to build a long-term, in-house team. We strongly believe that being together in the office enhances collaboration, learning, and overall project success.
