We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Caretaker to join our popular and aspirational school.

We would like a caretaker to:
• Open up school building on the morning and lock the building up securely on an evening.
• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance, including monitoring heating systems and boiler checks.
• Keep the school clean and safe, including routine cleaning of carpets and toilets, and ensuring grounds are free from hazards.
• Maintain security of the building, act as key holder, respond to call-outs, and support lettings when required.
• Test and record fire and security alarms, maintain fire safety equipment, and follow health and safety procedures.
• Look after outdoor areas, including clearing snow and ice, and assist with moving furniture and supplies.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with school policies and be flexible to carry out other duties as needed.
