What you’ll do This role sits within Vodafone’s in-housed media team and takes full operational accountability of programmatic media. The media function has the aim of delivering industry-leading excellence, under the guiding principles of transparency, ownership, and independence. Success in this role at Vodafone will depend heavily on both credible technical expertise and experience, alongside an ability to work well in an extremely fast-paced and demanding environment, and in collaborating/influencing cross teams. Key accountabilities: Part of team taking full end-to-end responsibility of Programmatic advertising (display, video etc) and setting discipline leadership across Brand and Performance media agendas. Campaign execution to deliver against media and business outcome KPIs, managing account, campaign tactics setting, reporting and optimisation. Participate in campaign goal, strategy, and hierarchy setting. Responsible for account builds on platforms, in line with best practice. Harness 1st and 2nd party data sets, to deliver effective segmentation and outcomes. Ensure right creative format use across social platforms, fulfilling media quality and personalisation goals, demonstrating A/B testing approach. Who you are We will be looking for an understanding of Programmatic advertising based on hands-on experience of managing display and video campaigns, across multiple channels and devices, gained in a media industry client or agency side. In addition, you will need: Demonstrate delivery of results across large scale brand and performance campaigns. Understanding of display and Programmatic technology (e.g., DSPs, DMPs). Knowledge of AdForm (Ad Server, DSP), Amazon DSP, DV360, DoubleVerify advantageous. Knowledge of analytics, tracking, tag management/implementation, managing set up of DCO campaigns, and working with DMPs, with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimisation, and evaluation. Experience of MMM. Brand and performance planning experience essential, demonstrating knowledge in harnessing data and technology to deliver accountable media outcomes.
