Brown and Brown offer high quality, specialist products to Personal and Commercial clients throughout the UK. You will be joining a busy, proactive team of brokers who specialise in Commercial Insurance. Brown and Brown Insurance focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be: Incoming and outbound call handling. Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies. Midterm adjustments. Data input. Customer service. Checking covers, warranties, endorsements to ensure that they are correct and in line with quotations provided. Providing broking and admin support to the sales teams. Daily inbound and outbound post. Liaising with insurers and clients pre and post-sale. Dealing with calls of a technical nature from internal Account Executives along with Insurers and Clients. Effectively manage individual diary. Maintaining day to day compliance procedures for FCA regulations. Maintaining a complete and comprehensive training record. Advising manager of any backlog in work in a timely manner. Advising manager of any debt recovery problems or contentious issues in a timely manner. About you: Previous experience in a similar Account Handling role is beneficial but not essential. Strong organisational skills.
