Job Description
* Develop and improve the strategy plan and processes of the quality management system.
* Manage and drive the internal and external audit programmes.
* Lead multi-function teams to address improvement activities.
* Train staff in the understanding and use of quality management systems and communicate information on changes to all affected departments.
* Generate and distribute regular status reports on the performance of the quality management system.
* Ensuring quality standards and customer requirements are met through the provision of the quality management systems and associated procedures through regular reviews.
* Ensuring internal standards, systems and processes fall within the scope of the company’s quality management system.
* Responsible for managing the facilities document control system.
Qualifications
* Conversant in Microsoft Office products (Essential).
* Previous SAP and AHP experience would be preferred.
* Minimum 3 year’s experience in business systems and auditing within a manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience of cross functional departments within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
* Preferably IRQA registered and a member of CQI.
* Preferably a lead auditor in ISO9001.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Focussed and task driven.
* Excellent time management skills.
