Warning Zone is a unique Life-Skills Centre and Child Safeguarding Charity delivering life-saving messages to children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We’re building something bold for children and young people – and we need an Facilities & Delivery Manager who’s ready to lead from the engine room. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape and streamline the day-to-day running of a growing, mission-led life skills centre. Every day will be different, but every hour will be worth it. If you want to: · Oversee and improve day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of all programmes and services. · Line manage key administrative and support staff, promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture. · Lead on compliance, policies, and risk management, ensuring the centre runs safely and effectively under charity regulations.
