Senior Sous Chef (Head Chef Designate) | Sevenoaks | £41k-£44k OTE
Sous Chef required for a 2-Rosette destination restaurant near Sevenoaks. This is a strategic hire; the Executive Chef is looking for the chef to transition into the Head Chef role and run the kitchen team.
The Package
1. Base Salary: £37,000 – £40,000
2. Guaranteed Tronc: £4,000 + Additional Tips
3. Total OTE: £41,000 – £44,000

5. Direct path to Head Chef status within the venue.
6. Oversee daily operations in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen.
7. Utilise Fresh produce grown onsite to maintain high standards.

9. Oversee team management, stock control, and menu execution.
Requirements
10. Minimum 4 years’ experience in high-end or fine-dining kitchens.
11. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team independently.
12. Ambition to take full ownership of a kitchen as a Head Chef.
13. Driving license required due to the rural location.
