Looking for a Legal Secretary to provide support within the Wills, Trust & Probate Department.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within the firm
* Prepare and manage legal documents, including correspondence, contracts, and court forms
* Organise and maintain legal files and databases
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
What we are looking for
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
* Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
* Relevant qualification in Legal Secretary or Legal Administration
