Reporting directly to a Partner, you will play a key role in managing and developing the audit department, supporting growth and delivering a first-class service to responsibilities include:
1. Managing the full audit process from planning through to completion
2. Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and within budget
3. Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the audit team
4. Supporting Partners with departmental strategy and development
5. Managing and reviewing audit engagements and accounts preparation under UK GAAP
6. Preparing budgets and managing workflow efficiently
7. Building strong relationships with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities
8. Assisting in business development and preparation of proposals
9. Keeping up to date with legislative, technical, and regulatory changes and sharing insights with the team
