Key Responsibilities
* Lead the evolution of the accreditation function through strategic planning and operational excellence
* Drive innovation in accreditation practices, including digital transformation and micro-credentialing
* Build and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships, including with government officials and policy influencers
* Oversee financial planning and resource management in line with public sector guidance
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and deliver high-quality, customer-focused services
* Champion staff development, wellbeing, and performance across the team
* Monitor regulatory trends and identify opportunities for growth and partnership
