What Does the Role Look Like?
Actuation Systems, a subsidiary of Collins Aerospace (a Raytheon Technologies company), with an annual turnover of $1.6bn and a global presence, is a leader in advanced solutions for aerospace and defence.
This role involves serving as the primary contact for Actuation Aftermarket, providing financial analysis and support to senior leadership, overseeing global repair network performance, and supporting growth strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial success.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Aftermarket Director with strategic, financial, and compliance activities.
* Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for Aftermarket Finance.
* Assist in governance, cost management, and risk identification for FlightSense Program.
* Manage EAC and transition plans under Project Redwood.
* Oversee R&O processes and communicate performance metrics.
* Identify process improvements in financial analysis functions.
* Collaborate on pricing strategies and act as a financial approver for proposals.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Strong business acumen, experience in a commercial environment.
* Data-driven with advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex data.
* Proactive, curious, and independent in seeking improvements.
* Familiar with Program Finance (EAC) and Power by the Hour contracts.
* Experience in matrix structures, stakeholder management, FP&A, aftermarket, or service sales.
