Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote care team and provide telehealth services to clients in Wyoming. This position focuses on assessment, therapy, care planning, and ongoing support for individuals facing mental health and life adjustment concerns. The day-to-day work is practical and client-focused, giving you the opportunity to help people build healthier routines, process challenges, and move forward with the right clinical support.
Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based therapy through secure virtual sessions
* Conduct intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
* Build treatment plans with clear and realistic goals
* Document sessions, treatment updates, and clinical observations on time
* Help clients strengthen coping tools and manage behavioral health concerns
* Identify risk factors and respond appropriately to urgent clinical needs
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
* Active LCSW license in the state of Wyoming
* At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
* Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health support
* Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning
