A large part of the MOT Tester position involves:
1. Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
2. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control regarding test results and additional work necessary.
3. Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
4. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Providing high levels of customer service that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
