Position Overview GD Resources LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee dining facility support services and ensure all work is performed to required standards in a structured environment. We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee dining facility support services and ensure all contract requirements are met during scheduled work periods. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising personnel, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to manage responsibilities in accordance with defined standards. The Role As a Site Supervisor, you shall be responsible for the performance of all work and shall have full authority to act on all matters relating to daily operations. You shall coordinate with Government personnel, ensure services are performed as required, and maintain responsibility for overall execution of work. Duties and Responsibilities Be responsible for the performance of all work Act with full authority on all matters relating to daily operations Be available during normal duty hours to discuss problem areas with Government personnel Be available within 24 hours after normal duty hours Ensure performance in accordance with contract requirements Coordinate with designated representatives to resolve issues and receive direction Ensure employees do not perform work outside the scope of the contract Ensure any work outside scope is not performed without proper authorization Qualifications and Experience Must be at least 21 years of age Must be fully capable of supervising and performing all required tasks Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Powered by JazzHR
