* Oversee stock control and inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing availability with cost control.
* Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and reduce inefficiencies.
* Work closely with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
* Lead and develop a high-performing stock team, driving best practices.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
