Duties
* Perform advanced diagnostics and fault-finding on luxury and prestige vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient repairs
* Carry out complex mechanical and electrical repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
* Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing technical expertise and ensuring best practice
* Ensure all work is completed within set timeframes, maintaining high standards of workmanship
* Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining quality and satisfaction levels
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Senior / Master Vehicle Technician, ideally within a prestige or performance vehicle environment
* Demonstrable expertise in diagnostics, mechanical, and electrical systems
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet demanding targets
* Full, clean UK driving licence
