Customer Service
~£12.42 per hour
~ Part time permanent position – 22 hours per week : 10:30am start to 2:30pm. 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
~ May include one evening turndown shift per week
~ Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and refreshing linen and towels.
~ Cleaning and tidying our public areas ready for the guests.
~ Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals.
~ Engaging with guests where required.
~ Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping manager.
