Position
District Nurse – Band 5 Community Nurse in Tywyn, West Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team.
* Travel between patients’ homes within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Band 5 registered nurse with experience in community nursing.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to progress to Band 6 District Nurse through the District Nurse Qualification, or to become a Chronic Condition Case Manager via disease‑specific training, or to pursue a Nurse Practitioner role through a modular approach.
* Welsh language skills are desirable; Welsh or English speakers are welcome.
