We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician with our reputable client based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This is a highly regarded position within a prestige main dealer bodyshop, specialising in luxury vehicle repairs. We are seeking a professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to high standards. The successful Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician will enjoy a supportive working environment, ongoing career development, and the chance to work with a leading automotive dealership.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £36,000 per annum, with an actual earning potential of £42,000 OTE
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Supportive management team committed to staff growth and successDuties as a Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician:
Perform a variety of cosmetic repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
Act as a multi-skilled Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician, managing a range of repair types
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer repair guidelines and quality standards
Collaborate effectively within a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols, employing PPE at all times
Complete tasks efficiently, ensuring high standards of workmanshipRequirements:
Previous experience as a Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician or within a Bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated with a professional approach
