Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in construction or engineering? Our client is a rapidly growing business and is looking for a proactive Estimator to join their expanding pre-construction team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a wide range of projects—supporting early-stage cost planning and producing accurate, high-quality tenders and quotations.
The Role
As Estimator, you’ll play a key role in developing competitive cost estimates from client enquiries and tender documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver detailed and commercially sound contractor proposals.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Producing accurate quantity calculations and pricing
2. Preparing detailed contractor proposals aligned with client requirements
3. Interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical data
4. Issuing enquiry packages and managing supply chain responses
5. Analysing risk, margins, and commercial exposure
