Operations Administrator at Horsell Village School.

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week, term time only 37 weeks)
* Salary: SWAN Grade 5, actual range £23,489–£25,163; Full‑time equivalent £27,634–£29,604.
* Start Date: 5th January 2026
* Closing date: Wednesday, 10th December 2025, 9:00 am
* Interview date: Friday, 12th December 2025
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the school community, staff, children and parents as part of the administrative team.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate operational works across the school with premises and office teams, including facilities and lettings management, health and safety, and extended services administration.
* Support day‑to‑day management of the school office.
* Provide line‑management support to the office team in partnership with the Headteacher, including conducting appraisals.
* Assist with other operational tasks as required.
