Hours: 32H per week
A stunning B&I location in London for a a British multinational consumer healthcare company. Catering for approximately 300 people daily. We offer an innovative Honesty grab & Go offering with a fabulous coffe bar and lots of high end hospitality and pop-ups. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.
We are looking for a talented Catering Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in London.
Key responsibilities:
* To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
* Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
* Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
* Manage payments and any cash handling.
* Daily stock takes of products available
You will have the following skills:
* Excellent customer service
* An all-round team player
* Barista experience essential
* Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Knowledge / competencies:
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
