Your new role
Will consist of:
* Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely collection of service charges and effective credit control.
* Process leaseholder payments, including daily bank downloads.
* Produce regular reports and attend monthly portfolio review meetings with management.
* Liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to non-payments.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in Credit Control.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* A proactive and professional approach to customer service
