Masentó are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Consultant to provide hands-on support during the deployment and stabilisation of SAP S/4HANA within our supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for end-users on the shop floor, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and resolving issues in Real Time.
This is an outside IR35 position for an initial 3-6 month contract
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support to end-users during SAP S/4 HANA go-live and hyper care phases.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SCM-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.
* Assist with transactional guidance, process adherence, and system navigation.
* Collaborate with functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Deliver knowledge transfer and informal training to users on best practices.
* Document recurring issues and feedback for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* SAP S/4 HANA experience (mandatory) with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management modules (MM, PP, WM, or EWM).
* Previous experience in a post go live support position
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
