What you’ll be doing:
* Lead, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of an exemplary and patient-focused pharmacy service.
* Support senior management in setting strategic directions and developing high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
* Establish and maintain robust clinical governance arrangements for all aspects of medicines management.
* Act as the most senior clinical pharmacist on site, providing expert advice to consultants, clinicians, and patients.
What we’re looking for:
* Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
* Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
* Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy services at a senior level.
* Strong people management skills with experience in supervision, training, and workforce development.
